FCS welcomes the opportunity to work with Intended Parents from outside the United States. Having worked with clients from over 20 different countries, FCS leadership has vast experience and expertise in this area. FCS is very comfortable working with international Intended Parents, and conveniently offers fluency in four languages: Russian, French, Spanish, and English. We also have Mandarin translators on staff.
